Colon Hydrotherapy, also known as Colonic or Colonic Irrigation, involves introducing warm purified water into the colon to create a gentle cleanse. This cleansing effect is then increased through the application of abdominal massage techniques. Cleansing herbs and pre-biotic implants may also be used to enhance your treatment. Excess water and waste material is then drained using a closed system. My aim is to educate my clients on how to manage their health issues using the power of diet and natural cleansing methods. I work through client education on cleansing programs and natural healing methods where many clients have found solutions to what they thought were unsolvable problems.
Adrienne trained in Colonic Irrigation / Colonic Hydrotherapy in 2003 and interned in colonic hydrotherapy as part of a combined Medical practice until 2005. She founded Aria Healthcare in 2005 and is based in Applewood Medical Centre, Swords, Co. Dublin
